The hierarchical block diagramme of properties of indicators of investment appeal of the region, the factors united in five integrated groups is developed. For calculation of an integrated estimation of investment appeal of region the flexible computing algorithm realising possibilities of mathematical model of a comparative complex estimation is offered is industrial-economic activities region.
