In the conditions of development of market relations the special urgency is got by the decision of the problems connected with inflationary processes in Russia. Therefore in article theoretical researches of inflation and the latent rise in prices on conditional group of the goods are considered.
     In article the scheme of inflationary process is presented to Russia, the example by calculation of the prices including six variants is considered.
     The account of the latent rise in prices will allow to raise quality of planning, the organisation and the control at different levels of management of branches of a national economy of the Russian Federation, including regions and municipal areas of areas.
