Leasing as a financial element of the mechanism of state-private partnership in animal industries

The most acceptable method of the financing agricultural of the commodity producers in modern condition is agricultural leasing, which better to realize by means of state-quotient partnership since firm development to branches depends on rational and efficient interaction state and business. GCHP looked particularities as complex of the contractual relations between internal and external investor. Depending on solved within the framework of GCHP problems are systematized models and forms state-quotient partnership in stock-breeding.
