Russian and American long economic cycles influencing similar world cycles

Nowadays Russia’s development falls behind many other countries. The author cares for studying the future of Russia in the world economic arena. Having looked into the economic history of Russia and the USA in terms of economic cycles the author draws a conclusion that Russia is enjoying a certain economic upturn at the beginning of the XXI century. The author believes that rational use of the resources will bring Russia from its fifth long economic cycle to the sixth one instead of settling down to a course of a backward country.
