The article deals with the analysis of financial competitiveness of engineering in the Novosibirsk region. The authors study the dynamics of resultant financial indexation of regional engineering. It shows uncertain tendencies of its development and thus of its low competitiveness rate. The article pinpoint that enterprises are not ready to invest to new technologies even if interested in the end result. Low profitability level made investments to engineering companies unattractive.
