Methodology of an estimation of professional competence of the staff of institutions of local government

Clause is devoted to methodology of an estimation of professional competence of the staff of institutions of local government. The author marks, that municipal employees with the developed professional abilities are distinguished with development of intuition, observation to understand an essence has put aspiration, to see unusual in usual, ability to comparison and an establishment of relationships of cause and effect, skill to communicate, purposefulness. These professional features of the person municipal serving in a greater degree promote success of its professional service activity on municipal service. The design procedure of efficiency of activity of the staff of administration of municipal formation offered by the author allows to state a quantitative estimation of efficiency of activity of administration of municipal formation and to allocate an estimation of efficiency of activity of agencies of local self-management in a cumulative estimation of activity of all subjects of management with municipal formation.
