The terms “Investments into a fixed capital” and “Capital investments” are often used as synonyms. At the same time it is necessary to consider that the term “Capital investments” become outdated, and to limit his application to the period of the planned economy existence. Investments into a fixed capital need to be considered as a part of investments into non-financial assets, and investments into non-financial assets include in their structure investments on purchase of the ground areas and objects of environmental management, research-and-development costs, investments on a stock addition of material current assets and investments into non-material assets.
