Main components of the basic information and computer competence of economic disciplines graduates

The article deals with a model of information and computer competence of economic disciplines undergraduates. This one is a subsystem in the system of competence. The authors point out the components of the model and their relation.
     They suggest using an electronic training course in Computer science, being part of the informational education system of any IHL, which meets the academic requirements of public education. Such course serves as an instrument of forming the above components.
