Bankruptcy as a part of company’s life cycle: empirical study

Liquidation as part of bankruptcy proceedings is a stage of the company life cycle, but does not necessarily imply dissolution. The analysis results show that receivership can cause the company to pass on to the next stage of its life cycle, meaning the end of the previous economic entity and the beginning of a new one, or testifying to the suspension of operations.
