Disclosure of information about investment appeal of a public company

In the process of analysis of investment appeal of a company in most cases the investor collects information of interest to him by himself, most part of which is not disclosed by a company-receiver of investments publicly. Due to lack of precise systematization of disclosure of such information the authors of this article made an attempt to develop a special form called to help investors in making decisions about investments. The authors of the article developed the structure of a reporting form and suggested a detailed list of data having effect at investment appeal of the company disclosed in it.
