The modern level of social and economic development of society suggested the world economics based on knowledge as a new stem of social and economic development.
     The existing economic relations stipulate high needs in new knowledge, new equipment that is connected with significant obsolescence of fixed capital stock as well as emergence of joint manufactures in the territory of Russia, plants of big foreign corporations.
     Quite many researches are devoted to solution of tasks of economics based on knowledge. However appraisal of costs and effectiveness of generation of new knowledge is an unsolved problem up to the present day.
     The aim of this research is differentiation of influence on changes in technological processes and modeling of generation of new knowledge.
