In article questions of the balanced development of regions are considered, on materials of Kabardino-Balkar Republic factors of a gross regional product are studied. The technique allowing taking into account indexes of physical volumes and the prices is offered, and also on the basis of measurement of stability to carry out an assessment of balance and the forecast of development of economy of the subject of Federation.
