In the article the essence and distinctive features of the mechanism of the state-private partnership (SPP) are considered, the analysis of the investment projects realized in the Republic of Dagestan is carried out. The GChP new form most suitable for the small and medium business which development has special relevance for the Republic is offered and can give an additional impulse to development of economy of the region.
