Complex estimation of social, ecological and economic factors of the state of the urbanized areas

Article is devoted a problem of complex estimation of the urbanized areas. The approach to definition of the integrated indicator of state of the urbanized territory based on the analysis of ecological efficiency is put is presented. The system of social, ecological and economic characteristics of the urbanized environment, scaling of them by a principle of desirability, the method of initial data array and formalization of indicators in integrated assessment as well as the stages of the assessment work is offered.
