Evaluations of responses regional institutes of employment

In connection with the crisis in the Russian economy, the problem of an effective response to the Institute for Employment destabilizing external shocks at the regional level is very urgent. In this paper, based on the criteria of competence and effectiveness of institutional actions assessed the activities of regional institutions of employment. Concluded that there was a downward trend of institutional effectiveness activities in accordance with a decrease in their level of competence.
