Problems of staffing the production of chemical plants

The process of technological upgrading of industrial enterprises should be accompanied by corresponding changes in staffing. In this study, analyzed various aspects of the organization of personnel to ensure a chemical plant, identified the most significant problems. Concluded that, in the innovative development of enterprises, it is necessary to improve the system of staffing, to implement cross-functional integration within the operating system and achieve a balance of personnel and production changes.
