Modernization of communicating government orders is the training of specialists in the region

In connection with the transition of the Russian economy on the innovative path of development the problem of quality training specialists according to current and future needs of society and the economy in the regions and in the country as a whole is becoming increasingly urgent. In this paper, there is the technique of placement of state orders for training, within the regional strategic planning system analyzes the condition of the state procurement system, the main problems inherent in the functioning of the system. We conclude on the feasibility of competitive procedures for training to meet state needs for high-quality workforce.
