The article tells about essence and mean of improvement organization form and economic relation between technical industry service and customers in consideration of reciprocal interest, assurance material and legal liability for realization service and operation agricultural technique in term of warranty and term out of warranty. The article grounds necessity of development methodology of pricing and service in technical-repair department. The main part of account is the rest of residual value in repair service. This way will allow the technical industries to compete on the market of agro technical service.
