Approaches to formation of a regional control system by objects of industrial intellectual property

Disproportions in creation and use of objects of intellectual property at regional level are analyzed, concepts of industrial intellectual property as specific goods are specified, the analysis of existing system of regulation of the given objects is made, approaches to formation of a regional control system with allocation of structural elements and use of information system of interaction of subjects of innovative activity are offered.
