Influence of a world economic crisis on development of the regional building market (on an example of the Vladimir area

In article existing position in the building market of the Vladimir area in an initial stage of development of an economic crisis in Russia (the end of 2008) is considered. The author shows dynamics of development of the basic segments of the regional building market with 2005 for 2008. In research the parity of rates of delivery of habitation and dynamics of investments into building branch of the Vladimir area in 2000 - is presented 2007. In the conclusion already existing and possible consequences of an economic crisis in the regional building market and prospects of an exit from it are considered.
