In clause the foreign experience of formation and development regional tourist-recreational cluster is investigated. The basic block diagrams tourist clusters are considered which have «tape», «star» or «dispersed» skeleton. To a territorial attribute the author selects international, national and regional kinds of clusters. On the basis of the regional analysis the new technologies of management of the enterprises competitive tourist clusters are revealed.
