Subject. This article discusses the factors of economic growth and the development of innovative technologies and the labor market.
Objectives. The article aims to develop tools to maintain economic growth rates and maintain competitive advantages in the market.
Methods. For the study, we used the general scientific research methods.
Results. Based on the analysis of the criteria for the inclusion of Russian fast-growing companies in various ratings, the article proposes alternative development strategies formed taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of economic entities, external opportunities and threats.
Conclusions. For companies looking to maintain or accelerate growth, a flexible strategy for responding to environmental factors is an important prerequisite for success.
