An analysis of the Tula Oblast's investment potential

Subject. This article discusses the issues of transition to an innovative economy.
Objectives. The article aims to assess the prospects for the development of the Tula Oblast's industry and agriculture.
Methods. For the study, we used a statistical analysis.
Results. The article offers certain recommendations for improving the approach to the use of institutional and budgetary instruments by the Oblast's authorities to increase the Oblast's investment attractiveness.
Conclusions. The effective implementation of the Strategy for the Socio-Economic Development of the Tula Oblast until 2030 will contribute to the creation of a favorable investment climate.
