Value flows of unemployed and long-term unemployment in the Russian labor market

In the article the flow model of unemployment is presented. Scales of inflow to category of the unemployed and outflow are analyzed, "stock" - number of the persons keeping the status of the unemployed a long time is estimated. For definition of an acceptable unemployment rate need of calculation of level of stability of preservation of the status of the unemployed is proved. On the basis of data of Federal State Statistics Service made calculations of this indicator and the parameters of an acceptable level of unemployment are defined.
