Role and place of critical technologies in the Russian economy and developed countries

The critical technologies are considered, experience of development of the high technologies having critical character for domestic economy is analyzed, and also the main problems which don't allow Russia to correspond to world level on a number of the major technological directions are revealed. The conclusion is drawn that in the Russian conditions can not be reduced the budgetary financing of the program of development of critical technologies, and it is possible only when the high-quality financing of each innovative project
