The counteraction mechanism to extremism in the Russian Federation by means of constitutional and legal guarantees of equality and self-determination of the people

Reasons of display of radical extremism and committing crime are considered on basis of national and religious superiority. It is marked that on inequality stability, maintenance and development of traditional values, culture, originality, depend straight, that in large part, what prohibitive measures can resist to extremism. The complex of measures is offered on the improvement of work of public and local self-government authorities for counteraction to extremism and terrorism. It is concluded that the major condition of counteraction to extremism is an increase of efficiency of providing of equality of rights and self-determination of people in Russia.
