Dialectics of the modern state industrial policy

The ultimate goal of any state economic policy is to improve the level and quality of a population life, that is attained by the maintenance of a steady economic growth and development. It also defines the purposes and problems of the modernization policy of the Russian economy, called to overcome technological backlog from the developed countries. The main condition of the modernization purposes achievement is carrying out of the state industrial policy that assumes the influence on economy structure to increase the share of branches with high added cost.
