The process of formation and development of the service of economic intelligence, «Credit Bureau» in Ukraine of 1920-1930. Development of market relations presupposes an objective to create a system of economic security. Such a mechanism was Ukrainian office of economic intelligence, «Credit Bureau». In the current conditions of the transformation of market relations in Ukraine, experience and practice of formation and development services, «Credit Bureau» can be used with modern institutions of economic security.
