In article are opened essence and contents of system of social partnership, that has allowed the author to define its purposes and tasks; the growing role of social partnership in the decision of social problems of a modern Russian society is shown. The author analyzes the basic principles рartner relations; considers the factors promoting creation of social partnership; proves necessity of realization of strategy of modernization.
