Increase of efficiency of expenses of the regional budget on initial and average vocational training in the conditions of financial crisis

In the present work the analysis of inefficient expenses of the republican budget on initial and average vocational training is carried out. The two-level scheme of regional budgetary financing of establishments of initial and average vocational training on the basis of standard подушевого financings is developed. It is based on conditional division of budgetary sources of financial resources of educational institutions of initial and average vocational training into the basic and additional components. The additional component is used as encouragement fund.
