Formation of system of indicators of the estimations of quality and efficiency of scientifically-innovative activity of high school

The higher educational institutions, called to become the centers of innovative activity of regional economy and the countries as a whole, should look in a new fashion at traditional kinds of the activity, namely, from the point of view of the innovative approach. In these conditions, actual there is a problem of gathering and the analysis of the objective information on performance of priority problems for high schools and an education system as a whole what for today questions of increase of innovative activity are. Among problems of the most difficult solved thereupon the problem of a choice of the indicators characterizing in a complex scientifically-innovative activity (SIA) of high school and methods of their measurement is.
     In this article indicators of an estimation of efficiency of activity of the high school, the Russian Federations confirmed by the Ministry of Education and Science have been systematized. With a view of the most evident representation of all set of indicators of activity, for the further choice from them criteria of estimation SIA of high school, the general has been generated hierarchical structure of indicators of high school. As a result, on the basis of the spent analysis, authors offer the complex approach to formation of indicators and an estimation of efficiency of scientifically-innovative activity.
