Politics of sterilization as one of the reasons expansions of corruption in modern Russia

In clause the influence sterilizing of politics on expansion of corruption in credit-financial sphere in modern Russia is considered. Its influence on cumulative demand and economic growth is shown, the consequences of formation Stabilization of fund for the Russian economy come to light. The necessity of use of the incomes from export of petroleum for realization of modernization of economy and stimulation of effective demand with the purposes of decrease (reduction) of a level of corruption in the country is proved.
