On February 25, Dmitry Medvedev, president of Russia, addressed the enlarged meeting of the college of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, held in Moscow. Among other things he noted that law enforcement agencies focus on the enhancement of law and order, crime control and citizens protection. In other respects the Office of the Prosecutor General regulated and manages all the law enforcement activities in this country. The keynote report was made by Y.Y. Chayka, Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
