The functions of financial resources of organizations

The article provides an overview of the views of domestic economists on identification of the functions of financial resources and their meaningful role. The authors note that the process of optimizing the capital structure of the commercial organization must precede improvement of the theoretical aspects of financial management, including the delineation of their functions. The paper presents a specification of the content of functions of financial resources on the basis of categorical generalization and the analysis. The work offers an extended list of the functions.
