Modern methodology of joint-stock company profit management

The article provides joint-stock company profit management methodology. The authors elucidate a company management from a position of system approach, which characterize it as ordered set of methods, ways, techniques, technologies, approaches interconnected together and with an external environment, which possess a certain structure and hierarchy The authors point out that creation of a system for profit management lead to an improvement of all management process both in an organizational, as well as methodological terms, promoting sustainable development of joint-stock companies.
