Contracts of life cycle as most perspective funding mechanism for projects of state-private partnership of transport infrastructure

In the article the basic principles of the state-private partnership (SPP) are revealed, it is proved that most its perspective forms for development of objects of transport infrastructure are concessions and contracts of life cycle. Proposals for improvement of standard regulation of funding mechanisms for the SPP projects, including on integration of planning of expenses on development of transport infrastructure on the basis of SPP in system of medium-term budget planning are developed. Measures for improvement of the concession mechanism for expansion of application of SPP in the Russian practice are offered.
