Similarities and differences of owner and manager of finance cash resources

In the article it is noted that the economic behavior of subjects in the conditions of the market relations shows: their individual decisions are motivated own private interests which first of all are favorable him. Coordination of actions is carried out thus by the personal finance. It is emphasized that by consideration of making elements of the budget of household, it is necessary to consider extent of distribution of the power in family and freedom of access both to the general, and to individual financial resources, and also characteristics of financial behavior of members of household.
