The comparative analysis of programs of mortgage housing crediting of the Russian credit organizations

In the article it is noted that in recent years the market of the credits in the Russian Federation considerably grew. Big distribution was received by a mortgage. The numbers of the commercial banks which are giving out mortgage loans increased are various and mortgage programs offered by them. The mechanism of the housing loan is presented.
