In article it is noted that with a view of financial wellbeing of the organization it is necessary to know, it has what capital, the structure of this capital is how optimum, how expediently it is transformed to the fixed and revolving funds. With the help of descriptive models of the variants of the optimal capital structure that will provide an opportunity for stable, independent and effective functioning of the agricultural organizations in the modern world.
