Moral institutions in A.K. Storch’s financial ideas and public activities

The article describes the moral views of the institution in the financial and social activities of academician of the Russian A.K. Storch. It is proved that his personal characteristics and principles of conduct, let him be held as a scientist and as a mentor, teacher. On the example of public and personal, creative and mentoring of A.K. Storch it is justified the following conclusion: in order to produce and replicate the economic and financial outlook, required not only high intellectual level, but such moral norms of tolerance, honesty, courage, responsibility to the government and society for their thoughts and actions.
