Household budget modeling

The methodic of family budgeting, which provides an objective information about the household’s income and expenses, which is necessary for saving, borrowing and investment decisions is presented in the article. The classification of personal income and expenses is given. The methods of their estimation and record keeping are suggested. It is concluded that family budgeting is necessary for planning and estimation of one’s creditworthiness.
