Model of the problem of formation of the budget of purchases taking into account material stocks by manufacture of difficult products

Features of the enterprise for manufacture of space-rocket technics which are necessary for considering in system of budgetary management concern: duration of a production cycle; the big reserves of a work in progress and non-uniformity of its increase; derivations of considerable money resources for the big terms; absence at the moment of formation of budgets of necessary norms (norms of time, expenses of materials, money resources, etc.). In given article the model of formation of the budget of sales and purchases with the account material stocks, creditor debts is developed. The budget of incomes and expenses taking into account investments into increase material stocks, creditor debts is generated.
