Financial crisis’ consequence can change reinsurance market significantly. The estimate of reinsurance processes in Russia and in countries of Shanghai organization which is a large part of world reinsurance market with potential high growth is given by the author. There are offered actions to insurance and reinsurance companies for company stability in financial crisis’ frames in the article.
