Systems approach to the cadre guarantee of activity in warning of operating risks in the bank

In the article it is proved the cross-disciplinary, humanitarian-technical nature work to prevent from the operational risks in bank area, that cause serious problems with its staffing. It is described specialized department Information security of South Ural State Universaty’s experience on training of specialists for information protection in credit & financial field. System integration of scientists’ and different science specialists’ efforts are proved as an imperative, that will allow making well-qualified staff for intellectual-capacious processes, analysis and operational risks’ in bank management.
