The article is devoted to studying the risks of investing the funds from the mandatory pension savings. It assesses various risks classifications and provides a characteristic of the highlighted types of risks. It provides the analysis of risks management methods, which can be applied by the Pension Fund of Russia and non-state pension funds and companies managing the funds from mandatory pension savings. Particular attention is paid to the norms of legislative acts and subordinate legislations.
