On the essence and basic factors of stability of the region’s financial market

The article sets forth the concepts of stability and financial market, provides classification of the factors forming the regional financial market and its conjuncture. The relevance of the problem of the financial system and markets stability for the Russian regions is, on one hand, connected to the internal irregularity of the country’s regional development, on the other hand, to the influence of the financial globalization processes of the world economy.
