Influence of the crisis on transformation of the financial system basic elements

One of the basic consequences of the financial crisis will be the cardinal reconstruction of the financial architecture of both developed and developing countries. The article is devoted to the analysis of shortcomings of financial institutions and financial policy, creating prerequisites for realization of the current financial crisis. The author has made an attempt to substantiate the possible development of the financial system basic elements in the crisis and post-crisis period.
