Specifics of the global financial crisis

The article analyzes the reasons of crisis phenomena in the national economic systems, identifies the crises of the XX-th century with the corresponding economic theories and reveals the specifics of the financial crisis of the XXI-st century connected with world economy globalization. The author suggests a new scientific approach to the solution of crisis problems based on the theory of complex systems.
