Financia of E.F. Kankrin and its content

The article deals with the evaluation of E.F. Kankrin’s financial science, his financia as a collection of unageing truths; and with the current state of financial science, which unlike Kankrin’s financia makes the issue of finances content topical. This twofold relevance enabled to determine the purpose of unveiling the unageing truths of Kankrin’s finances content in terms of the current problems in the Russian theory of finances. The author shows that there are objective, subjective and adjective features of financia elements. Modern financial science mixes them, and the author regards it as a reason for disagreement in the Russian theory of finances related to the content thereof.
