Management model for finance company structural division activity

Based on the empirical object analysis and also on a number of researches on organizational behavior of employees in the banking sector, the author defines a problem about the productivity specifics of a transaction processing officer. He also presents the model of transaction activity for a separate structural division. The article establishes parametres values area, which correspond to an adoption of the efficient personnel decisions. The author specifies model application scope to a structural division activity in service company.
